BELGRADE FORTRESS
Belgrade fortress was built on a hill above the Sava and Danube in the period from I to XVIII century, the function of a defensive structure. The fort is now a museum of history of the Serbian capital. The complex itself consists of the Belgrade Fortress, divided into Upper and Lower Town and Kalemegdan Park. KALEMEGDAN

Belgrade Zoo (Garden of Good Hope) is located in the city center, on one of the most attractive city locations - the Kalemegdan park. Founded in 1936. and is one of the oldest homes of animal kingdom in Europe. It resides with 2,000 animals of 200 species. It covers an area of 6 acres and contains many buildings, fountains, Wooden Sculpture Gallery, Baby Zoo ... Working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00 (winter) and 20.30 (summer).
SKADARLIJA
Skadarska street length of 500 meters, is located in the center of Belgrade. Due to the proximity of the National Theatre in the 19th and early 20 century, many actors have lived here. SAVA'S TEMPLE

MARK'S CHURCH

Church of St. Mark on Tašmajdan was built 1931-1940. year, the site of the old church from 1835. The process was made in the spirit of the Serbian-Byzantine architectural style. As a general architectural solution, this temple is most like the monastery of Gracanica. Furnishing and decoration of the temple, however, is not yet complete. In the southern part is a sarcophagus with the remains of Czar Dušan, brought here from his endowment, the monastery Sv. Archangels near Prizren. On the north side is the tomb of white marble in which are buried the mortal remains of Patriarch German Djoric. Within the church kept one of the richest collections of icons Serbian 18th and 19 century.
OLD PALACE
Palace of the Serbian dynasty Obrenovic, in which the City Assembly of Belgrade, situated on the corner of King and Dragoslava Milan Jovanovic.
