The apartment was good furnished and clean.

Here is not a kind of hotel apartment. You will not find reception in the front gate. It was very very difficult to find. The apartment was in a quiet area.

We had a wonderful experience with this stay, we arrived at 10 PM but this was not an issue with the owner, he came and checked us in, everything was like in the pictures. The building is brand new, very spacious and comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We also found a parking spot right in front of the building. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty remote 30min walk to the center – 10min by taxy around 3euro ,secure building and parking ,1bed flat ,wifi dongle worked fine otherwise practical 1double bed and expandable sofa in the open plan lounge

Boris (one of the staff members) extremely helpful, picked us up from the city centre and drove us directly to the apartments, explaining the best way to get there on public transport. He also drove us back to the city centre afterwards so we could do our food shopping. All the staff working for the apartments corresponded regularly through email. Nice building with a cafe directly outside which was great for morning coffee.

It was slightly overpriced considering it was only for a week.

It felt like being at home, the apartment was spacious, clean, secure with all the comforts you expect, very nice location and a secure parking space, although a bit tricky to find (we got lost on the way, but I guess that is cause we were driving in a city we did not know at all). On the minus side there wasn’t any toiletpaper when we arrived.

Give better instruction on how to get there by car.

The property was amazing. There were four of us staying there, two couples, and it was extremely comfortable, and spacious. There were televisions in the bedrooms as well as in the spacious lounge, a fantastic kitchen, a large bathroom and a second toilet. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. big enough for families with children. Everything you need to cook was in the kitchen. Daylight taxi rate is cheap to go center (3 Euros)…free 3g internet.

free private park was nor underground of the same building. Location is not easy to find but owner send someone to pick up from a central location very kindly.

It’s not actually hotel, but appartments in different houses in the city center. We have lived in very big and beautiful room just in the center (Trg Republike). There is no brekfast, but you can make it yourself, because the kitchen is exelent. So, for this price it’s a great choise!

Located 15mn walk from main train station, next to the 2nd biggest orthodox church in the world which is beautiful. Quiet neighbourhood (appart from the works in process inside the bulding starting early morning) and cheap taxis pass by 24/7 in the nearest street so you can move from a place to another very easily. The appartment is nice, quite well-decorated and big even for 2 people. Positive point for summer time : there is a little courtyard.

A nice place in a quiet area of Belgrade

The lightening of the apartment was partly broken. The other lights created a rather unpleasant atmosphere in the living room. There was no corkscrew in the apartment, so I had problems to open a bottle of wine.

The big bathroom and the spacious refrigerator in our apartment. The apartment was very clean. The employees of Apartments Belgrade were really helpful and available for questions. No big formalities at arrival.

The city center with pedestrian zone and old town are not in walking distance. No matters as taxi rides to the center are cheap.

The appartment is very large and comfortable, in a quiet area, but still in downtown (close to the Parliament and Skadarlija). The building itself is a new one, and Goran (the „hotel staff“) was very helpful.

I had some emotions with the key from the entrance in the building; everytime I came back at home, I had to turn it 2-3 times till I found the right position to open the door.

We made reservation for the appartement Svetozar, but we were given deluxe appartement in the same building, because it was free, for the same price. The appartment was perfect, private garage place, two etages, beautiful designed with LCD TV in each room. My children didn’t want to leave the appartment for sightseeing of the city:-). We even had a man who picked us up on the entrance of Belgrade and took us to the appartment. This is perfect place for family and business people, close to the city center, but still peaceful and quiet in a new building.

Nous avions réservé par internet. Les instructions d’accueil n’étaient pas clairs puisqu’on s’est retrouvé devant un batiment avec une rangée de sonnettes. Mais, par un coup de téléphone passé au contact, nous avons été pris en charge et très bien servi.

Το διαμέρισμα είχε μοντέρνα έπιπλα και διακόσμηση, αλλά βρισκόταν σε ένα πολύ παλιό κτίριο.

Η βρύση ήταν χαλασμένη και το ίντερνετ παρουσίασε σοβαρά προβλήματα, ώστε να μην μπορούμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Δεν διέθεται πάρκινγκ όπως αναφερόταν στην καταχώρηση και το αυτοκίνητο το παρκάραμε στο πεζοδρόμιο. Αν και παραλάβαμε το δωμάτιο στις 7 το απόγευμα μετά από παράκληση του ιδιοκτήτη, ήταν άκαμπτος ως προς την ώρα παράδοσής του

Апартаменты- хорошие, в самом центре в районе иностранных дипмиссий, большое патио, есть посуда, полноценная кухня, горячая вода- автономно, заезд и выезд в любое время, хозяева доброжелательные и говорят по английски (по сербски я их лучше понимал чем они по русски), квартира- студия на 1-м этаже, но безопасно, окна с мет. жалюзи.Стоит воспользоваться на любой срок проживания.

Найти квартиру без помощи хозяев- затруднительно, навигатор не помогает, парковки нет даже на 5 минут, недалеко платная за 15 евро в сутки.

läget på lägenheten var mycket bra, tyst bra läge, trevlig balkong, köksutrustning bra, lagom storlek på lägenheten kanske för ett par mindre bra om man inte delar sovplats , bra badrum.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, liegt zentral, die Stadt ist leicht erreichbar. Toller Ausblick auf Belgrad.

Направи ни много приятно впечатление отношението на персонала. Бяха ни запазили места за паркиране, помогнаха ни за ориентацията в града. Апартамента е в самия център, на много удобно място. Съотношението цена/качество е впечатляващо. Хигиената беше на ниво. Чувствахме се като у дома си.
